Violence and Sexual Offenses (Articles 118–120c, 125, 128–128b, 130, 132)

These thirteen articles concern violence against persons and sexual offenses: murder, manslaughter, death or injury of an unborn child, child endangerment, rape and sexual assault of adults and children, other sexual misconduct, kidnapping, assault, maiming, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation. They include the most severe sentencing classifications on this site — Category 6 for premeditated murder and murder during specified offenses, and Category 5 for other murder and for rape of a child — alongside offenses in lower categories.
