Property, Damage, Destruction, and Mail Offenses (Articles 108–111, 120a, 121–122a, 126–127, 129)

These fifteen articles concern property and the mail: loss, damage, or disposal of military property; captured or abandoned property, including looting; waste or destruction of other property; hazarding a vessel or aircraft; leaving the scene of a vehicle accident; mail offenses; larceny and related theft offenses; robbery; arson; extortion; and burglary and unlawful entry. How each offense is graded varies — by property value for many theft and damage offenses, by the use of a dangerous weapon for robbery, by the offense intended for burglary, and by the type of property or presence of people for arson.
